Purpose of Role/Job Overview

 

We are looking for someone with creative flair, that thrives under pressure and is aware of latest trends.  Following a design brief, you will be responsible for the styling of our workspaces by sourcing and specifying accessories, artwork and greenery. You will be working alongside the external and internal design team to make the spaces come to life. This is a role for anyone who is a problem solver, collaborator and excellent communicator.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Reporting in to the Head of Design
  • Creating styling guidelines and follow up with the operations team to achieve TOG’s visual standards
  • Collaborating with the internal design team and external architects/designers to select accessories/greenery for new and existing projects, by creating mood boards to translate your vision
  • Working closely with the procurement team on managing budgets and accessory schemes
  • Have a strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends
  • Working closely with TOG Head of Design to create overall look and feel and manage workflow
  • Overseeing the organisation of delivery and installation of the accessories, greenery etc in conjunction with the projects, procurement and logistics team
  • Working with operation team stylists, overseeing the upkeep and refreshing of existing buildings
  • Managing the accessories stock list and storage area
  • Styling the buildings for photoshoots, working closely with the Head of creative and content
  • Working closely with the Head of Design on selecting Artwork for TOG projects
  • Styling of marketing suites for new buildings as well as show offices in existing buildings
  • Be capable of working on ad-hoc projects while maintaining your core job role
  • Overseeing F&B projects that impact visual appearance

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to A level standard

Desirable

  • Interior design background
  • HND or Degree
  • Degree in photography

 

Knowledge

Essential

  • Good knowledge of the FF&E market
  • Specifically, good accessories/styling knowledge
  • Knowledge of finishes, fabrics and materials
  • Knowledge of upcoming artists
  • Knowledge of designers, brands and trends
  • Adobe Suite: photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Desirable

  • Knowledge of flexible workspace market
  • Knowledge of the co-working market
  • Foreign languages would be an advantage but not essential
