At TOG we want to make it as easy as possible for members to maintain a healthy lifestyle. For that reason we’ve introduced a boutique Work It fitness studio in two of our newest buildings – Henry Wood House and Albert House. The gym is run by ex-MMA fighter Charlie Enstone-Watts and offers a personal approach to boxing, HIIT and yoga classes from ex-professional athletes, as well as bespoke, one-on-one training.
