The way we work is changing. Not everyone needs a permanent, fully-staffed base all the time. That’s why we now offer you OfficeLESS, a selection of essential virtual office services that you simply help yourself to as and when you want. You get all the benefits of a prime business address, access to meeting rooms and roof terraces without the cost commitment of a permanent office.
- The Address
- We’ll handle your mail and either hold it for you to collect or forward it on to wherever you are. You can use the lounge in the buildings for 4 hours per month to open your mail and make use of the wireless internet.
- The Phone
- We’ll provide you with a dedicated 0203, 0207 or 0117 number for your company. Calls are either forwarded seamlessly to a number of your choice or diverted to a voicemail box for you to pick up when you’re ready.
- The Meeting
- If you’re planning on meeting people at the building we’ll give you 2 hours free per month in any of our smaller meeting rooms (up to 6 people) and give you discounted (member) rates on other meetings that you hold. There’s free tea, coffee, filtered water and wireless internet and you’re welcome to use the lounge for free for 15 minutes before and after your meeting.
