- Charlie Green
- Charlie co-founded The Office with Olly in late 2003. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (his Mother pushed for Doctor or Lawyer, but they still talk), his exposure to the conventional office market and serviced offices inspired the need to create a product that would stand apart from the competition - simpler, design-led, greener and still offer value. Charlie previously worked at MWB, to which he attributes the premature onset of grey hair.

- Olly Olsen
- Olly and Charlie first met on a beach in Thailand in 1995. Olly has no recollection of this. Prior to setting up The Office, Olly worked in Sales and Operations for MWB's serviced office arm, nurturing the desire to get out of the corporate world to set up and create offices that were markedly different to the industry standard. He has recently been made a Director of the BCA and his hair is not so much greying, as not so much there.

- Corina Degani
- Corina has been with The Office from the very beginning. Heading up Group Operations, Corina is responsible for just about everything and has a unique talent for being able to genuinely smile in the face of genuine adversity. The consummate professional, Corina dedicates much of her time and energy to developing client relations, chiefly through the organising of The Office Parties—our regular drinking/networking/drinking events.

- Chris Van Rensburg
- Chris is the Company’s newest recruit and heads up the Finance Department. We’ve managed to nick his passport to stop him from heading back to South Africa and are taking full advantage of his numeric talents. A sports fanatic, he is yet to recognise the true potential of the England Rugby Team...not alone there then.

- Mitesh Mandalia
- Working closely with Chris in the accounts department, Mitesh spans the social spectrum with such diverse interests as Hip Hop and lowering his Golf handicap (he’s our very own DJ Spoony). If we owe you money, he’s your man. If you owe us money, he’s our man.

- Stewart Whiting
- His hair is neither balding nor grey. Damn. Despite this shortcoming, Stewart has been with company for over a year and is responsible for Sales and Marketing of the office space and virtual offices. For the record, we have told him there is nothing big and clever about regularly being in the office at 8 at night.

- Lucy Phillips
- Some things you never knew about Lucy...OK, one thing her family doesn’t know – Lucy has a tattoo of a butterfly on her neck (and it’s white). I guess they know now, whoops. And she’s doing a part-time MA (her family do know about that one). Lucy works with Olly and Stewart on the Sales and Marketing.

- Nicola Reveley
- Nicola is the Centre Manager of Shoreditch. Amongst other responsibilities, Nicola has assumed the role of finest audience to the worst jokes (she laughs a lot, which is a damn fine quality), as well as having the honour of naming the resident Goldfish: Bubbles and Finlay. Hmmm...not sure either.

- Lauren Coleman
- Lauren works with Nicola at Shoreditch. Never one to sit still for longer than 23 seconds, Lauren has an obsession for penguins bordering on weird and has assumed the role of Maintenance person for the building (she won’t wait for anyone else).

- Marianne Sudial
- Marianne is the Centre Manager at Farringdon and is now a seasoned veteran of The Office. Not content with just the one centre, Marianne also splits her time at King’s Cross and will be overseeing Farringdon Too in 2009. So we’re talking high energy levels…really high. And happy...really happy – if you’re in a bad mood, she’ll turn it round for you.

- Zoe Chalk
- Zoe runs our Bristol centre and is certainly one of our more creative souls. A dedication to acting that has seen her (and her fellow cast members) win prestigious awards; a screen play bursting to come out; a novel that threatens (we're assured no dodgy office people as inspiration for characters) and the finest Rocky Road Brownies this side of the River Severn.

- Jeremy is our man on the ground at The Office Islington. Some facts about Jeremy: He one day wants to be in Eastenders (starring role, not extra); he has a cat called Tiger (golf reference not feline); he runs marathons and he eats a lot of cake, which is why he runs marathons.

- Claire is the centre manager for The Office Marylebone. Taking full advantage of London life at the weekends, Claire's weekly role includes the unenviable task of kicking the builders up the proverbial to make sure they return to site to finish off and tidy up. A testament to her work ethic and management style … they don't argue.
