With Virtual Membership at The Office your business can be permanently based at one of our buildings even though you’re not. Our team and technology will ensure that your calls and mail are handled in the way that you’d like so that you’re always connected wherever you’re working from.

Work from the lounge spaces in the building or just drop in to open your post. It changes from building to building but there’s a mixture of soft-seating, table and chairs available. So make a coffee (...or tea), choose an area and log onto the wireless.

We handle your mail and either hold it for you to collect or forward it on to you wherever you are. If you need somewhere to open your mail you can use The Lounge in most of the buildings for a certain number of hours per month. Wireless, tea and coffee (free) at your disposal.

We’ll provide your business with a dedicated 0203 or 0207 number. Calls are either forwarded seamlessly to a number of your choice or diverted to a voicemail box for you to pick up at your convenience. If you’d like, we can answer your calls professionally in your company name before we put them through to you.
