Meeting Rooms
As with the office space, we’re about keeping The Meeting Room offering simple with a range of room sizes, from 2 person interview rooms to 50 person theatre style conference areas. The Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or day. Anyone can book the rooms (whether an existing client or not).
- Technology
- Each building has High speed Internet access for the Meeting Rooms, both hard cabled and wireless. Telephone handsets are in each room for conference calls and LCD projectors are available for each room.
- Coffee, Tea...Me?
- Help yourself to tea and coffee (included in the price), or we can arrange for that to be catered for you, along with lunch or other refreshments.
- It’s Your Meeting
- And we’ll help you set it up as you need – if you want an extra table, no worries. More chairs, no problem. We’ll of course welcome your guests and either notify you they’ve arrived or direct them to the Meeting.
- Service
- At all of the buildings, our team are there to make sure that life is as easy as possible when it comes to your Meeting Room, so you can concentrate on your business and not worry about the more annoying things in life, whether finding a phone charger or photocopying a presentation.
- Design
- All The Meeting Rooms sit within the overall design of each building, with character and style in a professional environment. At each building, the Rooms are all positioned in one area, together with access to a kitchen and The Lounge – an area where you can take a break from the Meeting or have a less formal chat (no charge!).
