Positioned right in the heart of The City on Throgmorton Street, Warnford Court is a short walk from Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations.

Formerly the offices of The Stock Exchange, Scott Brownrigg architects have worked with us to retain many of the original 19th Century features whilst creating a contemporary modern environment.

Warnford really is a jack of all trades as it not only provides office space but is home to our first flexible coworking space, The Club as well as a dedicated meeting and conference space.  Then there’s The Apartment on the top floor for when you need to work late, be fresh early or just fancy a night in the City.

Meet the team

Kevin Power, Commercial Manager

Our biggest and boldest building, Warnford Court can at times resemble an episode of 24 - maybe that's why we hired our very own Jack Bauer to take care of it. A cross between Ronan Keating and Kiefer Sutherland, growing up he wanted to be an RAF pilot but thankfully he was too grounded for such a career path. Get in touch at Kevinp@theofficegroup.co.uk

Francesca Thomas

She once starred in a MTV music video for a girl band and has a real aversion to cheese but a real desire for pizza. Get her at Francesca@theofficegroup.co.uk

Lauren Coleman

Lauren’s instinct for organisation (and love of penguins) borders on the obsessive ensuring that all runs smoothly - even the suppliers nestle happily under her thumb.

Sarah Thomas, Meeting Rooms Guru

Managing all things to do with meeting rooms at Warnford Court is our resident Aussie (and this year she's heading home for Christmas!). Sarah loves vegemite, hates Marmite, loves beetroot, hates cauliflower and wants to learn how to fly. Get her at sarah@theofficegroup.co.uk

Lacey Babai

Lacey’s background is firmly rooted in the industry and she knows a thing or two about office space. After lending her expertise to both Kings Cross and Warnford Court she's now enjoying a new challenge with her beautiful baby girl Tyla-Mimi.

Sam Craven, Head of Front of House

We managed to poach Sam from a career in retail but the way to her heart is still bags, shoes… and anything to do with her namesake Daisy Duck (it’s her middle name...took us a while...). Unnatural fear of pigeons.

Joanna O’Shea, Lil Jo

For this performing arts graduate The Office Group is merely a stop-gap to West End stardom - best place to catch a live rendition is in the passenger seat of her car. Watch out cast of Wicked .

Lorri Osbourne, The Club

Incredibly organised Lorri not only manages but keeps everything ship-shape in The Club. She's toured the world but her love of travelling and shopping has not been quenched. If you want advice on buying a Mulberry she's your lady.

Lauren Avgousti, Front of House

Music mad Lauren travels the world to indulge her love of house and techno – Ibiza being the main point of call. She’s planning on getting Matt Davies into Ministry of Sound for free some weekend. We want photographic evidence please. Oh and she’s the proud owner of an adopted penguin.
